Bone Broth Soup - Food Prep

Today is food prepping @ Camp Cornell. I am making batches of our favorite Bone Broth soup. I make my own bone broth stock in our slow cooker with an organic $10.00 Aldi whole chicken (best deal ever)...then transfer the contents minus the bones to a big pot with water, chopped kale, onion, pieces of celery, and carrots...I sort of just add things as I go. Salt, pepper......

This soup packs a powerful punch to boost the immune system! My family (except my picky eater son) eats, and LOVES this soup all year long! Try it!

I prep and freeze large amounts of this liquid goodness! You can add pasta or rice at the time of serving to make it a full meal.

Cheers!
